Mason starts school, and turns 4!

It's hard to believe Mason is old enough for preschool already.  The entire time he's attended daycare, we've called it school, so going to preschool wasn't really anything exciting for him.  His preschool is at his daycare center too - it was all just another day at office for him.  He did not want to participate in the first day of school photo - but I snuck one of him when he got home.  It was an eventful day none the less, as Mya had tubes put in her ears the same day.

It wasn't long after school started that we celebrated Mason's 4th birthday.  Instead of trying to pack everyone into our house, we caved and had his party at Chuck E Cheese's.  It suited him just fine, until the birthday focus went on him.  He did let a little smile sneak out as we sang to him though.

Julia, Olivia and Mya had fun too.  And no, we didn't coordinate their outfits.  I feel like my posts have all been about Mason these days.  It seems like we're still trying to arrange fun things for him before Mya actually cares what we do.  Eventually we'll have posts with things for her, with him standing in the background looking bored.
